Aileigh joined DCC at 13 years to give her confidence in cycling and now there's no stopping her!
Aileigh joined Middleden Mountain Bike Club when she was 7 years old on a "Star" bike then after a few weeks got my first proper mountain bike. Aileigh then joined DCC in the summer 2019 as she wanted to join a local cycling club that would test her enough but gave her more confidence in cycling.
Aileigh does track, mountain biking and road cycling and cycles approximately 4 times per week - Monday Rollers, Thursday MTB, Friday/Saturday Fife Cycle Park and Sunday DCC Ladies route. Sunday route is approx 35mls, MTB is approx 2hrs at the Meedies/Blairadam Forest.
Aileigh enjoys social cycling and competing having participated in MTB races and road race at FCP. Her biggest cycling achievements are completing Pedal for Scotland twice (45mls) and Gran Fondo twice (55mls).

Aileigh loves going to music concerts and has seen Jessie J, Bruno Mars, Ed Sheerin, Shawn Mendes, Nathan Carter, Why Don't We and MIchael Buble!
