Saturday Cafe Ride

The Saturday Café run, known by most as the Bun Run, is the mainstay of recreational road cycling in the club. The same route is followed every Saturday; Crossford, Low Valleyfield, Culross, Kincardine, a short pause at Clackmannan Cross, then North East to Forestmill continuing to Dollar via an unclassified road to the B9140, then Left down Dollar Beg to Dollar (Café stop in Dollar) then retrace up Dollar Beg to Saline before regrouping at Redcraigs Toll, then returning to Dunfermline.

8:30am - Faster paced ride. Average speed 18mph

9:00am - Standard bun run. Average pace 15mph.

9:30am - Easier paced bun run. Average pace 12-15mph.

Groups will depart promptly at the times above so members should arrive around 5-10 minutes beforehand, ready to leave on time. Please respect the pace of the rides even if you're the first group off at 9am.

All DCC activity is currently suspended due to the Covid19 outbreak. Please check back regularly for updates
