Mountain Biking Coaching Opportunity

As part of the clubs drive to increase skill based coaching this September we will be hosting 3 coaching sessions in the fundamentals of mountain biking. Neil Daly, a British Cycling Level 2 Mountain biking coach has volunteered to coach these. They will take place on Monday the 12th, 19th and 26th at 7pm and will last an hour. Fife College has kindly given as space to host them and the directions can be found here.

It is a great opportunity for those new to mountain biking to hone in on basic and fundamental skills before transferring those to the trails. The sessions are progressive so attendance of all three would be beneficial but not imperative.
